Centillion Networks Partners with Sewa; Donates $30,000 for Kashmir Relief

Venkat Chundi, CEO, and Dr. Radhakishore, Director, of Centillion Networks Pvt. Ltd., contributed $30,000 (₹25 lakhs) towards Sewa International’s Kashmir relief efforts. Dr. Radhakishore handed over the check to Sewa’s Global Coordinator, Shyam Parande, and Executive Director Jinesh Lal at Sewa’s New Delhi office on May 20.
The funds, drawn from Centillion’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) budget, will support families affected by recent violence in Jammu & Kashmir. The donation is part of Sewa’s “Rising from Terror” campaign launched in Houston on May 14. The initiative includes emergency aid, trauma recovery, and support for rebuilding homes. Each rebuilt home costs ₹125,000. Ration kits and utility support cost ₹8,000 per family. Centillion also launched a matching program where it matches each employee’s contribution rupee for rupee.
Sewa and Centillion have announced a CSR partnership to implement long-term development projects in Jammu & Kashmir. This collaboration combines Centillion’s GIS (Geographical Information Systems) and engineering expertise with Sewa’s grassroots experience. Together, they aim to implement targeted programs for recovery and rebuilding in conflict-affected areas.

The recent terrorist attack on tourists in Pahalgam and the following India-Pakistan military conflict has displaced thousands. Sewa teams are providing medical aid, shelter, and food. Shyam Parande thanked Venkat Chundi and Dr. Radhakishore for their CSR contribution. Executive Director Jinesh Lal stated that Sewa will continue to address urgent needs while planning for long-term rehabilitation.
